Owning a horse is not an option for everyone, and even if it is an option for you finding the right horse to purchase is not always easy. Our leasing program is ideal for those who can not own a horse of their own; those considering purchasing a horse but not yet ready to take on the costs associated with the purchase and resale of a horse until they have more hands-on experience; and for those considering purchasing an R◊ horse or one of the horses we are selling for other clients and want the opportunity to see if the horse is a good match.
In addition our Curly horses are hypoallergenic which means that even those who are allergic to horses can ride and enjoy a horse through our lease program.

- Why Lease?
- If you are allergic to horses leasing a hypoallergenic Curly horse provides you with the opportunity to be exposed to and around this rare hypoallergenic breed and take full advantage of the joys of an equine partner.
- If you are considering purchasing a horse, but are unsure what is involved in taking care of one, or which breed, size, or disposition is right for you.
- If you love to ride, but just don't have the time or budget to care for a horse on a full-time basis.
- If you want the opportunity to “test-drive” a horse before purchasing it to ensure it is the right horse for you.
- What Does a Lease Cover?
- Care and feeding of your horse including vet care (except as stated below) farrier services, routine health care, ongoing training of your horse, and reduced fees at our R◊ clinics.
- What Is Not Covered?
- Veterinary care as a result of misuse of your equine partner or an accident involving you and your equine partner.
- What If My Partner Is Not Right For Me?
- We have several horses and a variety of breeds to choose from. We will work with you to match you up with a horse that is right for your skills and needs. You can try a few horses to make sure you are leasing a horse you are comfortable with.
- What Happens if Someone Wants to Buy the Horse I am Leasing?
- Many of our horses are not available for sale. We have spent a great deal of time developing and training these lease horses specifically to provide opportunities to those who can't own a horse or are not ready to take on all the responsibilities and costs associated with owning a horse. Many of our lease horses are hypoallergenic Curly horses so that even those with horse allergies can enjoy a horse and horse riding. If however your leased horse is for sale or becomes for sale, you will have the first opportunity to purchase.
